Project Description:

Clinical editing is a stream which deals with the additional validation of the
claims. The end to end process of exclusion of claims from going to vendor validation
and maintaining the recommendations received from vendor and sending them to the
further adjudication, pricing and finalization.

Anthem has linked with few vendors who provide the services of additional
validation of the claims such as validating the claim by considering multiple factors like
age, type of claim, type of coverage and history of the diagnosis taken by the member
and proving the recommendation of the payment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Analyzing the production abend and recreating the issue in test environment.
 Providing Batch support for 24x7 which involves fixing the production Abend,
monitoring the batch cycle for the daily, monthly, weekly, yearly jobs and report
the statistics to the client and to provide immediate fixes to the production
Abend. Solving the production Abend as per the prose of the job.
 Ensure the timely completion per the of the batch cycles as schedule.
 Analyze the jobs that are running late status, interact with the Analysts /
Customers / Schedulers, etc. if jobs are critical
 Participating weekly meetings with the team and calls with On-site coordinator.

 Preparing abend log and update the incident tickets in servicenow.
 Gathers feedback from senior peers to help develop additional ideas
 Monitoring the Region Depending jobs that running fine.
 Preparing ad-hoc reports as per the clients requirments.
