WILL
I, Rajni Gupta, W/o Shri Shyam Sunder Gupta, R/o House No. 662/1,
Pandit Park, Delhi-110051, aged about 50 years do hereby make my last
WILL & Testament on this 12th day of February, 2015 in my full disposing
mind without any undue pressure, coercion or fraud whatsoever.

WHEREAS the Testator is the absolute owner of half undivided share

in respect of built-up Ground Floor Western Portion upto ceiling level only
measuring area 41 Sq. Yds. approx. constructed on portion of property No.
662/1, part of Khasra No. 467, situated in the area of Village Ghondli, in the
abadi of Pandit Park, Illaqua Shahdara, Delhi-110051 as well as my son Sahil
Singhal is also owner of half undivided share in respect of above property,
having purchased the same under Registered Sale Deed dated 29.06.2007 duly
registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar-VIII, Delhi vide registration No.
6766, in Book No. 1, Volume No. 2920, pages 91 to 95, dated 29.06.2007.

Besides the above property, I have certain movables in the shape of

fixed deposits with Banks and Post Office, besides having saving/current
accounts in the banks of the same nature.

AND WHEREAS my husband Shri Shyam Sunder Gupta has been

looking after me and I have great love and affection towards him as such I
hereby bequeath my aforesaid share in respect of built-up Ground Floor
Western Portion upto ceiling level only measuring area 41 Sq. yds.,
constructed on portion of property No. 662/1, part of Khasra No. 467, situated
in the area of Village Ghondli, in the abadi of Pandit Park, Illaqua Shahdara,
Delhi-110051. I also bequeath my all movable properties as well as properties
acquire or to be acquired in favour of my husband Shri Shyam Sunder
Sharma.

So long I am alive, I will continue to be the owner of the aforesaid

movable and immovable properties and this WILL of mine will be applicable
only on my death. Any person raising dispute to this WILL, the same shall be
treated as a null and void. This WILL has been drafted at my instruction and I
have voluntarily signed the same without any force or fraud whatsoever and
after fully understanding the contents thereof, which are also explained to me
in vernacular and have been understood by me.
