File No.AGCO2-13021(41)/1/2021-FER SEC-AGRHOD, Dt.09.03.2021 of this office BRK Vide reference 1* cited, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, GOI has communicated certain guidelines for manufacturing and marketing of Biostimulants in the country. Vide reference 2™ cited, detailed guidelines and instructions were communicated to the district Joint Directors of Agriculture regarding the manufacture, sale, offer for sale of the Biostimulants In view of the above, Statutory Order (S.0) all the district Joint Directors of Agriculture in the State are here by instructed to issue suitable orders to the fertilizer Inspectors in their jurisdiction to make sure that all the unauthorized Biostimulants in the market which are not as per the instructions issued in the above said S.0 should be withdrawn from the market within 60 days from the date of issue of this Memo and report the compliance. To All the District Joint Directors of Agriculture for information and necessary action Copy to All the Biostimulats Manufacturers, Importers and Marketers in the State of Andhra Pradesh with instructions to comply with the above orders.
