Task C – 5005. Role Play
Observation Requirements: The student should demonstrate their ability, through communication and interpersonal skills, to relay
information regarding the selectio0n and management of subcontractors to any and all stakeholders in a building environment.
The student will play the role of a builder going to a site office location. Another student will play the role of the nominated Project
Manager for a medium rise construction project at the site. The builder has visited the site to check on how progress is going with the
construction of the building.
NOTE: The students will refer to the Commercial Plan (attachment to CBCCBC5018 Student Document Addendum) Architectural
& Structural, as the primary documents, when answering questions in the discussions.
