ALLOTMENT ORDER.

Mr. Majid Ali Mako, Assistant Commissioner, New Sukkur District Sukkur is hereby
allotted Bungalow No. D-16 ADC Colony Sukkur w.e.f the date of possession on payment of usual rent,
water and electric charges. The rent should be deducted from the monthly pay and debited to the Head
of Civil works at 5 % of his present basic pay.

CONDITIONS.
 The Bungalow if not occupied within 20 days of the receipt of this allotment order by the
allottee it should be deemed to have been cancelled automatically.
 In case transfer of allottee/official from Sukkur, he should hand-over the possession to the
Executive Engineer Provincial Building quarter for more than (30) days after his transfer.
 That he shall have to pay rent at the usual rate for the period for which he occupies that
Bungalow/Quarter. In case of the failure, the allotment order shall be liable for cancellation.
 That the possession of the quarter should be acquired through Assistant Engineer, Provincial
Building Sub-Division Sukkur on the authority of this allotment order and date of his
occupation intimated in writing to the AEN concerned.
 In case of the allotted accommodation is not occupied for any reason, his claim for any other
accommodation will not be considered.
 The Board of Allotment Committee, reserves the right to get the accommodation vacated on
one month’s notice without assigning any reason. In case of failure possession will be got
vacated through Police and handed-over to the Building Department.
 The previous allotment order issued by this office and allotment order dated. 26.01.2021 in
favour of Mr. Nauman Afzal Awan Assistant Commissioner, New Sukkur stand cancelled.
 As per direction of Honourable High Court Sindh Bench Sukkur in the CP No. D-2854/2016
accommodations sublet by the allotte are liable to be cancelled. Therefore, if the
accommodations found sublet the allotment shall be cancelled without any intimation to the
allotte.

Mr. Sajjad Ali Bullo, Police Constable PS-NAB is hereby allotted Quarter No. D-06 ADC
Colony Sukkur w.e.f the date of possession on payment of usual rent, water and electric charges. The
rent should be deducted from the monthly pay and debited to the Head of Civil works at 5 % of his
present basic pay.
