Purpose
Manucom Fishing Company Limited currently has its core operations as a warehouse
and cold-room on hold as the Management consider its venture interests. As is,
there exists an open space being temporarily used as a car park for dealers and
importers. Overnight car parking charges apply, and the operations are manned
manually by a set of on-site staff.

Due to the manual nature of operations, various gaps have been identified that
could be leading to leakages, loss of revenue, and security breaches. In order to curb
this, Connexus Ventures was consulted, and, as part of a holistic automation
proposition, suggested the integration of automated entry/exit barriers along with
CCTV cameras.

This document focuses on the requirements for the installation of CCTV cameras in
and around the Warehouse’s car parking and gated areas.

Your Requirements
Our understanding of your requirement is for the supply, installation, testing and
commission of a CCTV Surveillance System around the car parking and gated areas
of Manucom’s offices and environs.

The service should therefore provide the following:

a. 24/7/365 availability

b. High performance managed surveillance

c. Remote monitoring capability

d. Deterring of theft and related crimes

e. Detection of suspicious activity

f. Capture of incidents

It is expected that the installation will be scalable to accommodate expansion

prospects, i.e. more cameras, in the future.

Scope of Work
In summary, our solution will consist of the following components:

 Software

 Data Backup System

Timeline
The purchase, installation, testing and commissioning works will take a total of 2-3
weeks to deliver, from date of order and depending on any changes in project scope.

Factors affecting delivery timeline may include:

1. Delays in approvals and sign-offs from relevant personnel

2. Delays in mobilisation and/or advance payments, where applicable
3. Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to political, economic,
religious, or ethnic disruptions

Terms
1. The above cost will remain valid for a period of 30 days from submission of
this proposal, after which the prices may need to be reviewed in line with
market rates.
2. A minimum of 70% of the total cost is required to begin purchase and
installation.
3. Our solution can be installed and commissioned within 21 days from the
contract award.

 4. All equipment is warranted by the manufacturers. We guarantee all
installation work to be free of defects for a period of one year from
installation date.
5. Connexus Ventures assumes no responsibility for damages, either direct or
consequential, that may result from accidents associated with the design,
installation, and operation of the security, sound and video equipment listed
herein.
6. This equipment shall remain the property of Connexus Ventures until all
installation and equipment charges have been paid in full.
