f. All cargo operations shall be in accordance to GOMO.


g. Cargo operations involving tubulars are in accordance with GOMO Appendix 9-B.

h. Vessel bunkering, loading and discharging operations are done in accordance with GOMO
particularly the application of Form 10-B Bulk Cargo Transfer Check List

i. Vessels perform leak test before bulk liquid transfers are conducted

j. Dry break couplings are used to reduce pollutant spill volumes

k. HMPE Rope is used for mooring operations subject risk assessment

l. If not using HMPE rope, are snapback zones marked on the deck and controls are in place to prevent
incidental access to mooring stations.
m. Offshore vessel mooring operations comply with IMCA SEL 029, IMCA 214 Mooring Practice Safety
Guidance for Offshore Vessels when alongside in Ports and Harbours
