 Description of Business;
SleekbyKore Make up studio is an upcoming business based
out of covenant university, Nigeria. As the name implies,
SleekbyKore sells outdoor fabrics and renders assorted make
up sessions and gele tying to assist women in achieving their
beauty goals.  Sleekbykore has a very friendly website;
selection will be the largest on the Web.  Additionally,
Sleekbykore will take special care in developing a very easy
to use, engaging website for make up tutorials tips and
hacks.  Having an easily navigated, simple to use, website is
key for transforming lookers into customers.  The entire Web
inventory will be available at appointments in person with
the entrepreneur, while the majority of business will be from
the website.

The main purpose of SleekbyKore is to increase earnings in
the female fashion and beauty industry. We have a goal to
have a healthy competitive life with the top make up studios
in Lagos, to achieve this, we have put together a qualified,
scrutinized and educated assurance team that will ensure
that every product and service rendered is at its perfection
and surpasses uor clients expectations
SleekbyKore’s make up studio’s vision is to provide the
customer with whatever type of makeup products and
services that he/she desires. This business isn’t only limited
or restricted to the females but also cuts across to the male
interested in beauty enhancement. We exist to attract and
maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim,
everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed
the expectations of our customers
SleekbKore makeup studio will be a small company,
starting out with a retail location and a virtual store online.
SleekbKore makeup studio is a sole proprietorship owned by
Odesanmi Oluwakorede.

SleekbyKore’s makeup store will incur the following start-up

QuickBook Pro, and scanner.

Market Analysis Summary


SleekbyKore market can be broken down into three
different segments, walk-in customers, Internet customers,
and Internet customers from large companies.  Each of these
segments will be addressed individually.

SleekbyKore makeup studio customers can be broken down


into three groups:

 Walk-in local customers: these customers live locally and


have come into the shop to pick up the necessary products
for either a makeover, in preparation fo an event or a
purchase of makeup products.

 Internet individual customers: these are individuals that


are in need of makeup supplies or advice.  This group of
customers can be further broken down into orders from
national and international levels.  International orders will
be a decent percentage of the overall individual customers
from outside the country because American fabrics and
notions are generally superior to other alternatives and
the convenience of ordering SleekbyKore's products is
enhanced with Internet accessibility.

 Internet-based company orders: some orders will be from


people within larger fabric manufacturers such as Zaron,
etc.  Although people (typically in the prototype divisions)
work for the manufacturer of this firm, it is often difficult
for them to get small amount of the makeup for personal
or professional use, .  So oddly enough, some orders will
be from Zaron employees purchasing Zaron products from
SleekbKore stores.

SeekbyKore’s stores intends to target the different groups in


the following ways:

 Walk-in customers: they will be targeted in two different


ways.  The first way is through advertisements in the
yellow pages.  This way a local person can just find
SleekbKore’s store by searching under make up stores in
the yellow pages.  The other method will be through
informal strategic relationships with local outdoor stores
as well as with makeup stores.  This will be useful as a lot
of people that use make up frequently would need more,
whether for supplies or classes, and will typically ask them
for information.

 Internet customers: these customers will be targeted by


submitting SleekbyKore’s website to multiple search
engines.  This is useful when an Internet customer is
interested in getting supplies, all they have to do is type in
a variety of terms into a search engine and the website will
appear at the top of the list. SleekbyKore’s stores
recognizes that different search engines have different
ways of searching, so the submissions will be tailored to
each specific search engine.

 Internet-based company orders: Internet customers as


the method will be the same. The reality is that the
Internet-based company orders just happens, it is not
really planned or targeted, but a fact a life, albeit a weird
and unexpected one.
