    FRUITS
    MANGO
    Mangifera is the scientific name of mangoMango is the
    national fruit of India which is loved by one and all. It is a very
    juicy, pulpy and luscious fruit. Ripe mangoes can either be
    consumed raw or in the form of salad, juice, jams, milkshake
    or pickles. Mango is a rich source of various vitamins and
    minerals.
    LITCHI
    Litchi chinensis is the scientific name of litchiLitchi belongs to
    the soapberry family. It is oval in shape and a little bigger than
    grapes in size. It has a red skin outside which is rough and has
    the white fleshy fruit inside which is eaten. Litchi has only
    one seed like Mango.
    GUAVA
    Psidium guajava is the scientific name of guava.Guavas are
    tropical trees originating in Central America. Their fruits are
    oval in shape with light green or yellow skin and contain
    edible seeds. What's more, guava leaves are used as an
    herbal tea and the leaf extract as a supplement. Guava fruits
    are amazingly rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and
    fiber.
    VEGETABLES
    TOMATO
    Solanum lycopersicum is the scientific name of
    tomato.Tomato is a fruit. However, it is mistakenly considered
    as a vegetable.When it grows, it is green in colour. .Tomato is
    used in vegetables to make them tasty.It is also used in
    salads, soups, chutney, ketchup etc.Tomato is consumed in a
    lot of countries with the main diet.
    CAULIFLOWER
    Brassica oleracea var. botrytis is the scientific name of
    cauliflower.Cauliflower is a vegetable which is eaten by
    humans in many countries of the world.It has big round white
    flowers which are white in colour. ...It is very tasty and liked
    by most people.It keeps us healthy and fit.Its plant does not
    grow tal.l
    CABBAGE
    Brassica oleracea var. capitata is the scientific name of
    cabbage.Cabbage is a green leafy vegetable.It is good for our
    health.There are many types of cabbage.We can cook
    cabbage in many different ways.Children dont like to eat
    cabbage but it is good for them.
