1. All students are informed that the Company Project Study Presentation will be start from 11 th July
2022 (09:00 am to 05:20 pm every day). The Students are required to give presentations in front
of a panel of experienced and eminent faculty.

2. (a) All the students are advised to submit their Project Report and Desk Project Report hard copy
to respective professor In-Charge / Institute and also soft copy (PDF) on MS-teams App -
respective team channel folder including the certificate duly signed from the Company on or before
05:30pm of the 08th of July 2022 failing which a system wherein a deduction of two marks per day
extra taken would come in to action. You will not be allowed to give the presentation unless until you
have submitted the Project Report and Desk Project report to your professor In-Charge /
Institute.
(b) Incomplete reports will not be entertained by the Institute.
(c) The students should give presentation in MS Power-point format.

(d) The presentations would be off-line.

(e) The students should have submitted their CIP details in the prescribed format to the
professor In-Charge / Institute.

3. Presentation details are as follow: -

(a) Duration of presentation will be of 14+1 minutes and 5 minutes for Q&A and feedback.
(b) Marks allotted will be 100 marks for the written report and 100 marks for the Presentation
and viva-voce.
(c) Any student may be chosen randomly by the panel members to present the project work.
