Hostel admissions for SY/TY B Tech and SY/TY Diploma Students
Dear Students,
As per the circular issued on 17th Feb 2022, VJTI hostels are reopening for SY and TY B.Tech,
and SY/TY diploma students on 2nd March 2022. Please find below the details regarding fees
to be paid at the time of admission to the hostels.

Hostel fees can be paid through VJTI sbi collect. Whereas, the JMC fees need to be paid directly
on JMC account. The JMC account details are attached herewith. Girls’ hostel residents will
have to pay the mess charges directly to the Mess Contractor on arrival. The students are
required to bring the signed copy of undertaking form attached with this notice at the time of
reporting to hostel. Without submission of undertaking, students will not be allotted the hostel
rooms.

Please pay the fees online before arrival on 2nd March 2022 and inform about the payment of

2. That he/she will follow the rules and regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19
wherever possible.
3. That institute shall not be held responsible in case my ward becomes infected with
Covid-19.
4. That in case my son/daughter tests positive for covid-19 during his/her stay in the
hostel, he/she shall be sent to a quarantine center run by the Health Department,
Government of Maharashtra and I shall bear the expenses for the same.
