 BOP’s and well controls related Equipment.

Required all BOP’s, gate valves, HCR valves on chock manifold and kill line API
certification including kill line coflax hose and kill line hard line.
13 5/8” Hydril is not holding opening pressure leaking inside required complete service.

 Stand Pipe Manifold, Kill manifold, chock manifold

Required all welding area on stand pipe MPI Inspection Required all gate valves on stand
pipe manifold pressure testing and service all valves. As per history some valves leaking
and required proper procedure for test BOP’s and surface lines, including stand pipe
manifold, Kelly hose and Mud pumps lines.

 Mud Pumps
Mud pump # 3 no control in driller consol (there is no turbo on Mud pump no 3 engine.)
sent to ZJ-30
Required complete PMS on all three pumps.

 Driller Consol
Drill watch system is not working at all and there is no recording system. Driller don’t
have storks counter in drilling consol
Flow in and Flow out is not working very dangerous in well control situation. Driller
doesn’t have pit volume. As well as trip tank volume. Marten dacker is not showing
proper hook load and weight on bit due to fill up with hydraulic oil no Totco fluid
available on the rig side as per hand over Totco oil is on order (pls. let me know status of
Totco oil.)
Stroke counter on remote chock panel is not working

 Lifting Gears
All hand made lifting gears need to change with factory made)
Both Air winch lines are damage and hand made. Both line on order no reply yet.
Traveling block hang up line is hand made need to change ASAP.

 Safety equipment.

No H2s sensors, no LEL sensors on the rig side as well as no portable gas detector on
location.
All fire extinguishers need to send for recertification, no record found on the rig side.
No Safety shoes, no safety glasses on the rig. Rig crew is working without safety glasses.
