Terms & Conditions
1.This freeship card is issued based on the verification of the caste & income certificate of the student. 2.This freeship card does not entitle the student for admission to any course. The universities/departments should do all verification pertaining to educational qualification of the student and if he/she is found eligible for the course applied, then the freeship card can be redeemed by the student. 3.The payment of scholarship and maintenance charges will be made to the Aadhaar seeded account of the student. Student should give a written commitment to the College he/she gets admitted to regarding his/her responsibility of paying the fees. 4.Only compulsory non-refundable fees including tuition fee, as fixed by the Fee fixation Committee of the state of Karnataka will be paid to the student. 5.If the student does not pay the fees/maintenance charges to the College/Hostel, then the concerned College/Hostel can take suitable action against the student and the parent. 6.For the courses which are filled through counseling, seat should be availed only through counseling processby KEA/COMED K/NEET/CAC. 7.Management/NRI quota students are not eligible for fee reimbursement/maintenance charges even though they may have been issued with Freeship Card. 8.Student will be reimbursed only the non-refundable fee components for the seat type through which he has got admission for the said course and discipline. The candidate will be eligible for fee reimbursement only if he has got admission through counselling process of KEA, COMED-K, CAC/DTE/Nursing/Paramedical/Pharmacy/DSERT/GTTC for counselling courses. 9.If the student is not promoted to next course year and is repeating the same class(course year) for the current academic year, then he/she will not be eligible to avail PostMatric Scholarship.
