Points for the example- Newspapers are fourth pillar of Democracy. They gave justice to
various factors of society, creates awareness, literacy, raise moral of society, guide
government, society. Sakal papers contribution and importance to society

Scope- Sakal Papers was launced in 1932. Head office is situated at Pune. Sakal Media is
well known news media. It has publication like Daily Sakal, Weekly, Agrowan, SAM TV
and other adventures. Sakal Media has various branches all over Maharashtra. In north
Maharashtra, there are offices in Nashik, Jalgaon, Dhule, Nandurbar. But the research
student will study the marketing management problems of Sakal Papers, Nashik only.
Period- Sakal Media has completed 90 years. Nashik has completed 35 years. For research
purpose, research student will study the marketing management problems of Sakal papers
Nashik, last two financial years i.e., 1st Apr.2019 to 31st Mar.2021
H) Limitations of the Research Study (5 to 10 Lines) (What problems you face while
doing the research, collecting the data)
In Newspapers industry, lots competitors are working. There is cut throat competition is
there. Management of newspaper dose not easily make available information regarding to
the research with fear that it will open its secrets, important policies. Second limitation is
that all there are various department in Sakal like Management, Administration, Editorial,
Reporting, Marketing, production, Advertising. The persons working with these
departments are always busy. They do not speak frankly. Office of the Sakal is far away.
So collection of research data become difficult.
a) Primary Data- Primary data means first hand data collected by interviews,
questionnaires. Research student will conduct the interviews of various managers of Sakal,
Editors and journalist of Sakal, Readers of Sakal. For this purpose, questionnaires will be
filled up by these respondents.
b) Secondary data- Secondary data means, data readily available. Research student will
collect the is data from sakal Library and administration office which includes financial
statements, Balance sheet, articles, special supplements and books related to Sakal nashik,
information on websites etc.
Population and Sample Size, Sample techniques, Sample Collection (Write how researcher
will do this)
First write- Meaning of population and sample. Students should write how much people
(respondents they are going to talk. For the example, there are 200 employees then talk to
20 percent. If there are 1000 readers then talk 100 numbers of them. Here 1000 is the
population and 100 is sample. Sample changes as per your subject.
J) Conclusion in Short (10 to 20 lines only for synopsis. In Project write in detail)

Alphabetically (one page)
l) List of Appendices –figures, tables, maps, photographs, raw data, computer programs,
