Barangay Poblacion West, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija and LYNDON
DE JESUS, of legal age, presently residing at Barangay Payatas, Quezon City, do
hereby APPOINT, NAME AND CONSTITUTE, MARIANNE DE JESUS
TAGARO, of legal age, Filipino, presently residing at Barangay Daan Sarile,
Cabanatuan City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, in the name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To receive in my behalf the the check due to me from NATIONAL

IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION representing payment of the Cost of
Living Allowance of my deceased husband DANILO CRUZ.

2. To encash the said check.

3. To do other relative to the fulfillment of this trust.

power and authority to do all that is necessary in or about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as we could do if personally present and confirming that
