Minutes of the Meeting of the Opening Committee held on 15-12-2021

A Meeting of the Opening Committee has been convened on Wednesday, December 15,2021 at
3:30 P.M. for the opening of Technical bids [Tender ref: KNPCC-07 dated 24/08/2021] for
"Construction of elevated viaduct and 5 Nos. elevated station (viz. Baradevi Station, Kidwai Nagar
Station, Vasant Vihar Station, Baudh Nagar Station & Naubasta Station) including Architectural
Finishing, E&M work and special span from end of ramp (after Transport Nagar Station) to
Naubasta Station on Corridor-1 of Kanpur MRTS Project at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India".

The following members attended the meeting.

2. Rahul Rawat (AM/Finance) Bid Opener

The Technical Bids for the Tender 1D: 2021 UPMRC_85549 1 for "Construction of elevated
viaduct and 5 Nos. elevated station (viz. Baradevi Station, Kidwai Nagar Station, Vasant Vihar
Station, Baudh Nagar Station & Naubasta Station) including Architectural Finishing, E8&M work
and special span from end of ramp (after Transport Nagar Station) to Naubasta Station on
Corridor-1 of Kanpur MRTS Project at Kanpur,
Uttar Pradesh, India" was opened on CPP portal
and the following eleven (11) technical bids were received.

The committee resolved to evaluate the technical bids as per the tender documents.
