Dear,

Hope you will be fine and enjoying good health these days. As we as a supervision staff are
observing at least for a month, the progress of work on the above-cited project is negligible
and working site seems closed.

The date of completion of the project is arriving very swiftly, approximately nine months we
have and still, a bunch of work is remaining, which include Road work (WBM), structure
work (culverts), retaining walls, drainage, and erosion work, and as of weather we have to
complete asphalt in warm conditions.

Therefore, through this letter, I want to put your attention to please arrange adequate
machinery and sufficient subcontractors to complete the work with efficient performance and
the required period of time.
