Intending to progress in my career as a life coach and venture into leadership, I have

decided to pursue an MBA at your institution. The MBA program will offer valuable skills,

knowledge, and insights on the best ways to have a better and successful career. I have had a

long journey in academics and business. The journey has enabled me to come up with new and

valuable ideas on how to improve organizations in my community. I have a firm conviction that

by pursuing a career in leadership, I will have a more significant impact on my community.

Through this MBA, I will lay a strong foundation to fulfill my goal of pursuing a career in

leadership.

I am a single mother with a full-time employment. Apart from the career advantages of

undertaking the program, studying at your graduate school will help me achieve my goal off

inspiring other Single mothers. Completing the program will inspire other single mothers in my

community to believe it is possible to pursue higher education. Many single mothers find it

challenging pursuing their career goals, due to tests single mothers face.

I am passionate and also a firm believer in servant leadership. In my opinion, it is vital to

lead by example. As a team leader, motivating your group is essential in obtaining favorable

results. Completing the MBA will be an inspiration and motivation for my trainee. It will show

them the value of hard work and determination in life and that everything is smooth and

attainable with the right attitude and mindset. I am very passionate about contributing positively

to the growth of others and helping them succeed in their different endeavors and careers.

Apart from my current experience working as a life coach and team lead, I have

considerate experience in business and project management. Moreover, I have been privileged to

work in the field of business analysis. My experience in business analysis has enabled me to

accumulate knowledge and skills in identifying business skills and determining business

problems solutions.

By Undertaking the MBA program, I will add considerate value to my organization.

Furthermore, it will be essential in assisting pursue my career goal of venturing into leadership. I

will add value to my classmates by my diverse knowledge and skills that I have acquired during

my years in various fields. Moreover, my experience as a working and learning single mother

will help improve my classmates understanding of the struggles of single mothers in achieving

success in their careers. I will use the knowledge and skills acquired during my MBA to educate

my group on administration skills and the importance of having the administration skills.

Lastly, I wish to note how priceless it will be for me to undertake my MBA at your

university. The MBA will surely nourish my understanding of leadership challenges. I have also

performed comprehensive research on the content and curriculum of your program, and it's

suitability for me. My greatest attraction to the program is your emphasis on nurturing leadership

skills and the exploration of new administration methods. It is also candid and clear to me that

your schedule is very flexible to suit different needs. The flexibility will offer me the necessary

support to enable me to study and cope with my duties as both a single mother and a full-time

employee.
