I’ve been living in this flat since 1994 but the building was built in 1903, so many people

have lived
there over the years, a total of 23,523. It was built for £690.61 but now it is worth £619,013. The
only problem is that it’s a very cold area, it can reach -69 degrees F and the wind can blow as fast as
122mph. So the house can get very cold, its 119 square metres. Now I’m looking to sell my flat and
I’m going to buy a new one. This year I made lots of money about £200k, so I’m looking at a bigger
place. I’ve found one that costs £208, 015.
