Removal and Installation
1. Prop up the engine hood.
2. Remove the scrubber spray hose from the
engine hood.

3. Remove the retaining bolts of the engine

hood hinge.

4. Remove the engine hood.

5. For installation, reverse the removal procedures.

Fender - Front End

Removal and Installation 4. Remove the retaining bolts at the front end
of the fender.
1. Remove the retaining bolts of the fender
and the upper apron board.
Remove the 5 retaining bolts.

5. Remove the retaining bolts at the rear part of

the fender.

2. Remove the combined headlamp.

Refer to section 417-01 for more information.
3. Remove the anti-splash board retaining bolts
at the lower edges of the front mudguard.

6. Remove the retaining bolts under the fender.

7. Remove the fender retaining bolts installed

inside the driver’s cabin.
8. Remove the fender and disconnect the turn
signal harness.
