ABSTRACT

Learning Style identifying in intelligence e-learning development is considered a critical point to personalize the e-learning
process that meets student learning preference. Many learning style theory is considered to identify student's profile. Felder and
Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM) is one of the learning style theories with reasonable accuracy in describing students'
learning styles. Although a few review studies focus on identifier system, there are still gaps in the comprehensive literature review
in a specific area of FSLSM. This study presents a review of FSLSM enhancement to improve intelligence e-learning performance.
First, the study analyzes and classifies published studies from 2011 to 2020 in FSLSM implementation and intelligence e-learning
development. Secondly, the study categorizes identifier system technique, recommender system technique, recommended learning
object, and evaluation system technique. Lastly, this study discusses the trend of FSLSM implementation on e-learning
development. This study shows that FSLSM enhancement in e-learning can improve e-learning quality using a recommended
technique from previous studies. Combining FSLSM as an identifier system with a recommender system and an evaluation system
can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the e-learning process.

KEYWORDS: Intelligence E-learning, Felder and Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM), learning style identifier system,
