Includes Leaps 1 – 6 Content
Presenter: Prof Haury
November 2015
Welcome to the HPE Moonshot Technical Training course. This iteration of the course includes all products and features as
of the Moonshot Leap 6 release, which occurred on 1 October 2015. My name is Prof Haury and I am the developer of this
course. This is a substantial effort that required extensive interaction with a large number of persons on the Moonshot team
and without whom this course would have not been possible.
This WBT course serves as a prerequisite to the instructor-led HPE Moonshot Technical Training lab, which will provide you
with hands-on experience with the Moonshot product.

Learning best practices 2015
– Focus your attention solely on the presentation
– Hide your email page
– Turn other distracting technology, such as chats or
instant messaging
– Participate:
– Think about how the presentation material can be
applied to your experience
– Have fun . . .
There is a lot of information in this course. The first time you go through the material, you should proceed in the order provided
because the content is cumulative. You will need to understand some concepts presented earlier in the course to be able to
understand concepts later in the material.
To enhance your learning experience, remove any distractions so that you can focus on the content being presented.
As you go through the content, attempt to make it yours by visualizing how you might explain it to someone else.
Also, any learning experience is dramatically enhanced by making it fun, so smile. Let’s get started!
