I was in prison and you visited me Matt. 25:36b
While I was in Delaware I got word that Joplin, MO had a devastating F-5 tornado that destroyed 1/3 of the town. We have been through the section of the city that was destroyed numerous times and has a special place in our heart as the general headquarters for the Pentecostal Church of God is located in the southern portion of Joplin. We are affliated with the PCG, the offices and college were spared but one of our four churches in Joplin was destroyed. The largest PCG church in Joplin and National Mission Dept are working with FEMA to bring relief in the devastation. Its people uniting together! Please pray for everyone across our nation and world that have been displaced because of the storms. By the time you receive this newsletter we will be on the road heading to Dallas, TX to the Biannual General Convention of the Pentecostal Church of God. It will be busy with board meetings, committee meetings, breakout sessions, missions service, ministries service and business meeting. Tom & I help on the registration committee. It will go by so fast I know my head will be spinning. We will leave on Saturday the 18th from Somerset, PA (going to the prison on 17th then TX). We will be coming back home in the beginning of July, pray for us for travel mercies.

Their Redeemer is strong; the Lord of hosts is His name. Jeremiah 50:34 Whatever the Lord pleases He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deep places. Psalm 135:6 Trust in the Lord forever, for in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength. Isaiah 26:4

The above chart & information looks a little bit out of proportion due to the fact of the increasing prison population and the so called cuts. For approximately 2.1 inmates there is 1 doc employee. The prison system is missing the point to reform, retrain and release inmates so they will be productive citizens. Continue to pray for prison reform for inmates to be released not retained. The cycle needs to change!
Stay in the House Joshua 2:1, 4, 12-13, 19, 21 NKJV Now Joshua the son of Nun sent out two men from Acacia Grove to spy secretly, saying, Go, view the land, especially Jericho. So they went, and came to the house of a harlot named Rahab, and lodged there.

Pastor Toms preaching corner continued Stay in the House There is the tendency when trouble comes for people to run away from God. Make up your mind to stay in the house of the Lord and everything will be alright. Psalm 91 says, If you dwell in the shelter of the most high and abide in the shadow of the almighty, God will be your refuge and your strength. The enemy wants to: Lure you from your place of safety. Get you offended and out of your place of blessing. This is your day to make a decision to Stay In The House of The Lord! Joshua 2:1, 4, 12-13, 19, 21 NKJV
You are an Extended Hand and a vital part of this ministry. Together we are making a difference with Jesus Christ, taking life to a dark place! We go because you send us. Thank You so much!
