Span of control is 1 supervisor on number of employees worked
in industry is 10.
5. Working Technologies :
We have a production unit of 2500 sq. Ft.which consist of various
machineries like CNC router,laser machin and vacuum press
machine.
We produce at a range of 500 Doors per month and our products
can be customized on basis of customers requirements.
6. Controlling methods :
They provides the training to employee.
Training under experienced managers and sellers at company.
Each and every employees is given with a target to be completed till
the month end in every month.
Rewards and Awards are given for appreciation of the work done by
the employees.

Chandra Door is a small scale organization which follows line and
staff organization methodology has balanced management method.
