* Infosys provides software development, maintenance and independent


validation services to companies in finance, insurance, manufacturing and
other domains. One of its known products is Finacle which is a universal
banking solution with various modules for retail and corporate banking.
1.Scale of Organization:
Small Scale
 We produce our gets using a wide range of row materials like
Devdarwoode, resign liquid, matt cloth, pigment, MDF, ply and
many more.
 The whol production takes place on avery high level as we won to
factories.
 The work force employyed in this factories is very efficient and has
been working inthis industry from a lon time.

 Different levels of expertise can be distinguished within the
knowledge areas.
 Distributors are get divided with given task and time deadline.
* Authority And Responsibility

 Management has the authority to give orders to the employees.


 Authority and responsibility go together and they are two sides of the
same coin.
 Distributors are given authority to handle the newly joined
employees under them.
 Employees have responsibility to complete given tasks by
distributor.

* Discipline
 Respect for agreements that are directed for achieving
obedience,application, and the outward marks of respect.
 The workers have to follow rules and laws given under organization.

* Unity of Command
 An individual employee should receive orders from one manager and
that the employee is answerable to that manager.
 Orders given by seniordistributor should be obeyed by junior
employees.

* Unity of Direction
 All activities must be carried out by one group that forms a team.
 The directions given in organization must followed by all levels

* Remuneration of Personnel

 Principles of management argues that the remuneration should be


sufficient to keep employees motivated and productive.

 Motivate the workers by arranging new events and assigning


enthusiastic tasks.

* Centralization
 Centralization implies the concentration of decision making authority
at the top management

* Scalar Chain

 Each employee can contact a manager or a superior in an


emergency situation without challenging the hierarchy.
 Employee distributor and head of department has
monthly/weekly meetings that make them clear about goals.

* Order
 All employees in an organization must have the right resources at
their disposal so that they can function properly in an organization.
 Every employee has rights to grow in his career by completing given
tasks.

* Equity
 Managers should supervise and monitor this process and they should
treat employees fairly and impartially.
 All level workers have fair behavior depend on working growth.

* Stability of tenure of personnel


 Represents deployment and managing of personnel and this should
be in balance with the service that is provided from the organization.
 The ratio of entering new employees and leaving employees is
balanced.

the company.

Narro Span of Control :
Span of control is 1 supervisor on number of employees worked
in industry is 10.

5. Working Technologies :
 We have a production unit of 2500 sq. Ft.which consist of various
machineries like CNC router,laser machin and vacuum press
machine.
 We produce at a range of 500 Doors per month and our products
can be customized on basis of customers requirements.

6. Controlling methods :
 They provides the training to employee.
 Training under experienced managers and sellers at company.
 Each and every employees is given with a target to be completed till
the month end in every month.
 Rewards and Awards are given for appreciation of the work done by
the employees.

 Particular target is set which they work to complete it in particular


time of span.

7. TQM (Total Quality Management) :


 Doors manufacture for Chandra Door Industries.
 Chandra Door. They provide service management for the doors for
particular time of span.
 Their main special purpose is to provide good product and provide
quality to their customers.

8. Types of Plans Done :


 Some plans like how to increase the sell margin are done by the GM.
 The executives are ordered to follow the GM plan for increment in
sales,etc.
 Meeting are conducted to guide the employees by the Managing
Director and GM.

 Budgets are decided by the Top level People .
 Depending upon the requirement and sales of Door and ordering the
budget is prepare.

• 28,00,000 LK turnover.

12.Conclusion :
 Chandra Door is a small scale organization which follows line and
staff organization methodology has balanced management method.
 They provide the quality service for customers by satisfying their
needs.
