As a college student, I found out that the inability to managing one's time is the major cause of stress. In
my case, I would rather spend my time browsing my Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, watching
movies, and playing online games instead of doing my homework and household chores. At the end of
the day, I will be tired, sleepy, and unable to do the important tasks I am supposed to do because I
already consumed my time and energy in unimportant things.

It could be inferred that one, if not the forefront cause of stress is the lack of ability to manage one's
own time. Basing upon my own experience, one tends to spend their time on social media, browsing
thousands upon thousands of contents, which is then followed by playing online games; a luxurious
combo of pleasure and rest which could have been time spent on homework and household chores.
And by the end of such sumptuous menagerie, thine energy will then be too low to finish important
tasks that requires immediate attention.
