3.Question of the day

3.1) What is the Question of the day?

Ans- Question of the day is a daily competition involving 1 question to be answered fastly
and correctly, there is a separate cell for it named tfp question of the day cell.
Questions can be from science , maths, mat, gk.
Language of the competition is English only and the mode is online only.

The competition for now will be only held on telegram but we are thinking of starting it on
youtube as well. If we get enough recommendations we would be starting there as well.

3.2) Rewards and regulations

Rewards are completely at sole discretion of the company and can’t be influenced by an
external factor.
Rules are very liberal
➔ You must be a student
➔ You should not provide any wrong information as once you click submit the answer is
locked you can submit again but your answer will not be assessed.

➔ Answer key is released on a weekly basis and answers are evaluated on the basis of it
and no objections are entertained on it.

2. Question Paper
The question paper is the contribution of all admin as per list of 1&2 and then the

examination cell randomly selects the question and presents the question paper and can’t
be accessed other than the examination cell before the exams.

3. Marking scheme

Marking scheme is dependent on the examination cell and after finalising is given to the

evaluation team without the personal details of the students marking a UNI( Unique

number identification ) in omr format.

4. Results
Results are declared within 7 days of exam commencement and a score sheet along with
response sheet is sent to email id and the registration no amd roll no. which can be used
furtherly for finding the result.

5. Rechecking
Once the results are declared and the examination cell announces the result there is no
provision of rechecking/re-evaluation however it can be asked if the examination cell
accepts it and can be further processed by paying a nominal charge involved in processing.

6. Results availability
The examination cell stores the responses till 90 days of exam conduction after this the
sheets are deleted but the results are saved in following format on the system forever

9. Admin Selection

As per circular by core members date 05.01.2022 AST was introduced and was made
compulsory
Details are as follows
Admin Selection Test
It is conducted in Three stages
Stage 1 :- Preliminary Examination ( 125 marks)
There are two section in prelims
A TFP Aptitude test ( 13 questions)
B Gk/Gs Paper( 12 questions)

It is mandatory to score at least 33% marks in section A

We evaluate the copies and it is observed that less than 10% of students score more than
33% i.e 41
Stage 2 :- Mains Examination ( 625 marks)
This stage contains 6 descriptive type questions out of which any 5 questions are required
to answer
Every particular questions has a different skill to check

Each question carries 125 marks.
We evaluate the copies and we select top 5% for interview

Stage 3 Interview( 250 marks)

We do not have interviews. We calculate marks on the basis of stage 1 and stage 2.
