Owning a company is much more beneficial than working for someone because of the
payment, time and responsibilities. The payment is according to your position. When you
own a company the payment is more than the usual at anytime of the month, different from
when you work for somebody usually the payment is equitable and monthly among all
workers. Also, time is an important factor, for example: Being a business owner, in general,
for people who own their companies, working long hours is not a problem because they
enjoy it, however people who work for someone prefer to work for someone else to meet a
fixed work schedule and have more time for yourself. Also the responsibilities are different
when you own a company you have more responsibilities because you are your own boss
and boss of others, on the other hand when you work for someone you are an employee
with important responsibilities inside your job.
