Prometheus Sporedrop Schedule

● There will be 750 Prometheus Spore NFT whitelist spots. In order to qualify for a
whitelist spot, you will be required to draw The Prometheus Mushrohm (art talent does
not disqualify entry) as well as fulfill other requirements to be revealed at the time of the
whitelist. This will be to ensure fungi-loving humans and not bots are able to mint.
● The 1st whitelist event will occur on 11/16 @ 8:30 PM EST (Wed 1:30 AM UTC), will be
open for exactly 33 minutes, and may be restricted on a first come first serve basis
depending on submission rate.
● The 2nd whitelist event will occur on 11/17 @ 8:30 AM EST (Wed 1:30 PM UTC) for the
remainder of slots, will be open for exactly 33 minutes, and may be restricted on a first
come first serve basis depending on submission rate.
● The Prometheus Mushrohm will ignite and the whitelist minting event will occur on 11/18
at a price of .05 ETH / spore
● The sporedrop to dawn Mushrohm holders will occur on 11/19 @ 8:30 PM EST (Sat 1:30
AM UTC)
● All Prometheus Spore NFTs will evolve into Descendant Mushrohm NFTs of various
rarity tiers on 11/29/21
● The Hades Sporedrop whitelist + drop (for 1st gen night Mushrohm holders) will begin on
12/3/21 and will follow the same process as the Prometheus Sporedrop.

Descendant Mushrohm Holder Incentives

● We are building a PoolTogether integration using a reserve fund from Olympus Odyssey.
Periodically Mushrohm Descendant holders will have a chance to receive a payout from
the pool. Once implemented, as long as you hold a Descendant Mushrohm you will have
a chance at receiving a payout from this pool (reward type TBA). This incentive will only
be available to Descendant Mushrohm holders. Schedule and details around this
integration TBA.
● We are fostering a variety of partner NFT project whitelist collaborations to give
Descendant Shrohmies special access to whitelists in other projects. This whitelist VIP
access will only apply to wallets with 1+ Descendant Mushrohms. If you are a
Generation 1 Mushrohm holder and want to participate in future whitelists, be sure to
hold on to your spore.
● We are starting a Community NFT Vault. As community NFT's are donated to Odyssey
or acquired by Odyssey, a portion of them will be allocated to the Community NFT Vault.
 Descendant Mushrohm holders will have full governance over this NFT vault. Odyssey
will also maintain an Odyssey NFT Vault, where we will also allocate a portion of
community donated or acquired NFT's. Odyssey core contributors will have full
governance over this NFT vault.
● Mushrohms are collaborating with Ethereum Towers and will receive 10 apartments in
their first metaverse Tower. Five of these apartments will go to the Community NFT vault,
and five will go to the Odyssey NFT Vault. More info TBA on plans for these apartments.

Mushrohms NFT Types Overview

Prometheus Sporedrop Mechanics

● Fungi are excellent colonizers of new environments and Mushrohms plans to model itself
in this way in regards to cross-chain growth.
● For the first two Sporedrops, Mushrohms will use the Polygon Network. This will be a
good first step in the growth of Mushrohms and allow for a network that has less gas fee
limitations and works seamlessly with Opensea. Holders of a 1st Generation Mushrohm
on the Ethereum Network will simply have to change their network to the Polygon/Matic
Network on their Metamask wallet and enable viewing of airdropped NFTs (since it is
turned off by default on Opensea).
● The first Sporedrop has been revealed as the Prometheus Sporedrop. Within the 1,500
1st Generation Mushrohms is a 1/1 called the Prometheus Mushrohm. This Mushrohm,
initially not ignited, will soon ignite into a glorious fire Mushrohm (by means of the team
updating the metadata for this token) and release its spores to all holders of the Dawn
Mushrohms. At this time, Dawn holders will be airdropped a special Prometheus Spore
 NFT for every Dawn Shrohm they hold. After 9 days, this Spore NFT will transform into a
new Mushrohm NFT, of which there will be 4 rarity tiers revealed to holders:
Tier 1 - 1/1
Tier 2 - 1/150
Tier 3 - 1/350
Tier 4 - 1/1000
● Holders of Mushrohm Spore NFTs are free to trade or swap them in any manner they
wish, as these will act as any normal ERC-721 token. Just be aware that after 9 days the
Spore NFT will change into a new Mushrohm NFT.
