Overview
Outsiders Lifestyle is an Outstanding Party Planning and Event Management brand committed to giving
everyone around a time of thier life and a time they will always talk about even when they are old. Our company
is hosting an event, GAME FEST, that is directed towards the Teens,Youth aimed at igniting the passion of
creativity in the next generation as
well as encouraging entrepreneurship
and at the same time not forgetting
to have fun while being caught up
in all the shenanigans of school and life. We are delighted to invite you to be one of the sponsors of our event.

Since 2021, we have been hosting similar kinds of events like NASTY HOUSE PARTY,420 WEED PARTY,1
YEAR ANNIVESARY AND BIRTHDAY PARTY OF HUNTER amongst others , to promote both our brand and
encouraging young talents. Not only these events help us in raising funds to continue our activities but also bring
so many talented personalities at one stage.

If you agree to sponsor our event, we'd be able to organize this event on a large scale. You'd also gain a lot of
benefits in return by sponsoring us. All the benefits on your end will be discussed in detail in the proposal below.

We have come a long way, but we still need support. Your contribution is needed to help make this event more
successful. We cordially extend our proposal towards OK ENTERTAINMENT in order to sponsor our event
GAME FEST, the details of which are mentioned as follows.

 Silver Sponsor 1&2 N50,000

Gold Sponsor 1-4 N100,000

Platinum Sponsor 1-8 N200,000

Mode of Payment preferred: BANK TRANSFER

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our association:

1. Relationship of Parties: Upon the acceptance of this proposal, OK ENTERTAINMENT shall come on
board as a Sponser for the event GAME FEST, organised by OUTSIDERS LIFESTYLE. There shall
be no other relationship between OK ENTERTAINMENT and OUTSIDERSLIFESTYLE besides that of
a Sponsor and Organizer until the completion of the Event.
2. Payment: OK ENTERTAINMENT shall make the payment of the Sponsorship amount to OUTSIDERS
LIFESTYLE before 2 weeks of the Event Date, in Naira through Bank Transfer.
3. Use of Titles, logos, and images: The OK ENTERTAINMENT hereby authorizes the Outsiders
Lifestyle to utilize theOK Entertainment’s logo and associated trademarks, approved versions of which
OK Entertainment must provide to Outsiders Lifestyle on time so that appropriate steps for the
promotions of the events can be undertaken.
4. Representative: The OK Entertainment Is Required to send a representative to the Event.
5. Term: The term for the sponsorship will come to an end with the successful completion of the event
and the payment.
