1． Preparation
Preparation Quantity Use

spanner (30) One For drain plug (Oil tank)

spanner One For piping detaching

spanner One For hose detaching

spanner (17) One For drain plug (Cooler)、For air pulling out

spanner (12) One For drain plug (Line filter)

Hex-head stick spanner (6) One For drain plug (TMK motor)

Hex-head stick spanner (8) One For drain plug (AMC motor)

Sear tape One For taper screw

Container For oil receiving

2． Working Procedure
(1)Drain from suction port of pump (Capacity about 120L)

① Open the air vent valves on the cooler and filter to breathe air.
② Next, prepare the oil receiving container.
③ Take off the suction flange of the pump suction port (S1), and drain the oil.
④ After finishing, put the flange back.

Confirm that the O-ring is correctly installed before putting the

flange back.

⑤ Shut the air vent valves.

(2)Drain from the pump (Capacity about 30L)

① Open the air vent valves on the hoisting and slewing control valve to breathe air.
② Next, prepare the oil receiving container.
③ Take off the hoses and flanges of the pump (P1,P2,P3,P4,T1,T2), and drain the oil.
④ After finishing, put the hoses and flanges back.

Confirm that the O-ring is correctly installed before putting the

flange back.

⑤ Shut the air vent valves.

(3)Drain from the drain plug (Capacity about 70L)
Blue part of the hydraulic circuit diagram

① Open the air vent valves on the luffing control valve to breathe air.
② Next, prepare the oil receiving container.
③ Take off the each drain plug (Hoisting TMK motor, Luffing and Slewing AMC motor,
Cooler, Filter, Tank), and drain the oil.
④ Wrap the taper screw with a seal tape.
⑤ Put the each drain plug back.
⑥ Shut the air vent valves.

(4)Drain from hose and piping (Capacity about 10L)

① Put the container for oil receiving under the detaching part.
② Take off the each hoses and pipes, and drain oil.

Confirm that the O-ring is correctly installed before putting the

pipe back.

③ Put the each hoses and pipes back.

(5)Pour new working oil

① Pour new working oil into the tank from the air breather on the tank.

Working oil must be used the same brand and viscosity as described
！ Caution
on the manual.

② Open the air vent valves, and vent the air.

③ Vent the air again by inching operation of the electric motor.
④ Operate the crane without load and check oil leakage.
⑤ Confirm the amount of working oil with the level gauge on the oil tank.
