ACTIVITIES FOR THE 2022 DILG-WIDE TRANSITION REPORT

We would like to thank you and your representatives for joining the 1st Meeting of
Transition Coordinators on the Preparation of the DILG Transition Report 2022
held last February 23, via Zoom teleconferencing platform.

Aside from the minutes of the meeting, we are providing you the reference materials
below to ensure the timely preparation and early completion of the DILG-wide Report
2022.

4) List of coordinators from various offices (principal and alternate)

Relative to item number 4, we have created a sheet (labelled as Additional List)

under “Transition Coordinators” for offices who have not yet provided the names of
their Agency/Office Transition Coordinators (principal and alternate). Please add their
names and contact details using this link Transition Coordinators - Google Sheets.
For those who have already submitted, kindly review the names and contact details of
your coordinators on the same Google link.

We have also created a Viber group to facilitate coordination and communication

among those involved in the preparation and submission of the transition reports.
