This application is filed by RP directing Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission

Corporation Ltd to allow the RP to complete the project as per the agreement in
between the Corporate Debtor and the Respondent. We direct RP to serve notice to
the Respondent and file affidavit within two weeks.

IA/428(AHM)2022

This application is filed by the RP for extension of conducting AGM of the

shareholders of the Corporate Debtor. We heard learned counsel for the RP. She
submitted that the Suspended Management are the shareholders of the Corporate
Debtor. We direct RP to make a submission on the legal point whether the
Suspended Management can hold AGM and be active part in affairs of the company.
