    Terms and Conditions

    1. Renter agrees that the items rented will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for, and will return the garments
    in the original packaging it was received.

    2. Renter is responsible for the return of the rented garments to MJ's Collection (Gown and Costume Rental, Block 3
    Lot 1 Roses Street, West Fairview Quezon City.

    3. If the items shall not be returned on the agreement date, the renter will be charged an additional (200) per day as
    penalty.

    4. Renter is also responsible for any repairs or replacement costs of missing and/or damaged items.

    5. A minimum of at least 50% or more (depending on the arrangement) down payment of the total rental cost and it
    is not refundable.

    6. Rental cancellation must be made no less than one (1) weeks prior to the event date. If cancellation is made less
    than one (1) weeks inclusive to the wear date, the renter will be charged the full rental gown/costume cost.
