Graduate Head-Constables have the capability to investigate even


serious cases. Specially trained Head-Constables who are graduates
and have undergone training may be allowed to handle the same cases
as an ASI including those offenses which are mentioned in the
preceding para after they have undergone an attachment with Sub-
Inspector for a period of not less than three months.
Deputy Director, Delhi Police Academy, will arrange to impart
them necessary training in this regard.

SUPERSESSION CLAUSE
This Standing Order supersedes the previous Standing Order
No.263/2011 issued vide No.251-350/Record Branch/PHQ dated
13.01.2011.
