Executive Summary:
In our venture of Community Services, we meant to help the people who are poor and diligent
yet their compensations are insufficient for their legitimate endurance in this manner we
disseminated some Ration Packs for helping purposes in the month of Holy Ramadan so they can
peacefully Sahar and Iftar on time. All of us divided the work equally and did it with sincerity.
By providing the help we not only saw a smile on their face but our inner satisfaction was also
their. We provided a Rashan bag full of helpful things such as flour , rice, pulses and oil as
well. Special thanks to Cust which provided funds and help us to get our project done.

Introduction:
Our obligation is to assist with giving Rashan packs to the ones who can't manage the cost of them.
Cust Helping hand was established under a similar belief system which wants to help those who
can’t manage their expanditures. It helps destitute individuals by doing Community Services and
our undertaking depends on the Distribution of Rashan packs.

We wanted to give free rashan in the ghettos of Islamabad/Rawalpindi so families won't need to
rest on void stomachs, especially during the Holy month of Ramadan as our free rashan will assist
with facilitating the pressure as individuals will be furnished with rashan packs which will serve
their entire family.

Background/Problem/Purpose:
Pakistan has a high rate of poverty and low development. This leads to citizens of lower
socioeconomic classes suffering due to the lack of resources available to them. It is hard for a daily
wage worker to be able to afford monthly groceries, rent, fees, and utilities. This is a reason why
millions of people in this country are always worried about if they will even find work tomorrow
and if that will allow them to feed and support their families or if all of them will go to sleep on
empty stomachs. Such depriving conditions call for people with privileges to step up and become
a member of society. It is our responsibility to help provide meals to the ones who cannot afford
them. Cust Helping hand was founded under the same ideology. It helps needy people by doing
Community Services and our project is based on the Distribution of Rashan packs.
Our goal is to provide free rashan in the slums of Islamabad/Rawalpindi so that families will not
have to sleep on empty stomachs, especially during the Holy month of Ramadan as our free rashan
will help ease the tension of the mind as people will be provided with monthly rashan packs which
will serve their whole family. One packet of rashan will contain all the essentials including:
• 15-kg flour
• 5-kg Rice
• 5-kg Sugar
• 5-liter Oil
• 3kg Pulses
This free Rashan bag is another way through which CHH will be supporting the needy. Our
organization has arranged, delegate, and distribute these free Rashan bags through own volunteers.
Like all of our operations, the free Rashan bag is a welfare service that CHH charges absolutely
nothing for and thus relies on your cooperation and support.

Proposal:
We presented a proposition to Our Course Instructor, Ms. Maria Mashkoor about our arrangement
for the distribution of Ration Packs in the holy month of Ramadan with proper details including
addresses, CNICs, and Phone numbers as well on 30th March 2022. Which she approved and
then we started working on it.

Plan:
As the needy individuals which should get the Rashan bags were close to our homes yet distant
from one another we chose to work proficiently and by and large pick Rashan from closest Punjab
Cash n Carry and circulated them separately. Furthermore, for that we took the authorization first
when our course educator settled upon it then we continued.

Schedule:
Our Schedule was by our reasonable plan, In which Mahrukh Akhtar and Amna Shakeel should
visit a similar Cash and Carry on a similar time however Afaq Sami, Osama Ali, and Aliya Pervaiz
the day after.

Implementation:
It starts in an exceptionally wonderful manner; Our Course Instructor gave over the cash to our
chief Mahrukh Akhtar for the acquisition of Rashan sacks which was 26,100; 5220 every which
she further isolated as needs be. She was sufficiently ready to ask each individual the legitimate
data in regards to when to go and how might they follow fulfilling with the assertions she gave
over the cash to the individuals so they could get the Rashan packs.

She Identified the family in PWD, A Single Mother who works in homes for earning. Address:
House no 3, 1st floor, Jungle Plaza, National Police Foundation O9 near Pwd Islamabad. So she
went their after the purchase of Rashan Bags and gave them the Rashan.

She identified a lady who works in homes for earning with her daughters but unfortunately she
don’t get enough money. Neither her husband’s pay is enough to get a good life.Address: New
Abadi Mohallah Gulshan Raza, Kahuta. Therefore, Aliya went to their home and distributed the
Rashan Pack.

In our Final project of Business Communication which is to provide Community Services, we
meant to help the people who are poor and diligent yet their compensations are insufficient for
their legitimate endurance in this manner we disseminated some Ration Packs for helping purposes
in the month of Holy Ramadan so they can peacefully Sahar and Iftar on time. Which took us
almost a week to distribute the Ration Packs also the funds were provided by CUST Capital
University of Science and Technology.
