 Rationale:
Honda has been the world's largest motorcycle manufacturer since 1959, reaching a
production of 400 million by the end of 2019, as well as the world's largest manufacturer
of internal combustion engines measured by volume, producing more than 14 million
internal combustion engines each year. Honda became the second-largest Japanese
automobile manufacturer in 2001. In 2015, Honda was the eighth largest automobile
manufacturer in the world.

the required payment online. Booking a motorcycle online has a lot of benefits as you can
view the details of the Honda motorcycle of your choice, such as the bike specifications,
colour variants, availability, warranty period, technical details, etc. You can then book your
desired bike by filling in your contact details with a complete mailing address, specifying
your preferred mode as well as the time of contact. You can also view the price of the
selected motorcycle on the website and request a quote online.

2. Test ride -
A test ride is a service provided by every Honda bike showroom that allows the buyer to have
a hands-on drive experience of any Honda motorcycle or scooter they prefer to buy.

3. Finance -
Once you apply for fiance, from that point, you will be governed by the T&C’s of the
financier. Please refer to the T&C’s of the financier before proceeding

 All information collected are as per the requirements of the financier


 All documents and information will be passed on to the financier and will not be stored
by Honda Motor

4. Delivery Schedule -
We/our dealer will communicate the estimated delivery period for Your Vehicle and will
make all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Your Vehicle within the specified
delivery period by the dealer notified by us.

5. Cancellation/Refund -
a. Refunds on booking amounts will be made within 60 days from the date of
cancellation.
b. This amount is refundable till the point of making the full payment for purchasing the
vehicle.
c. Please note that once the full payment for the vehicle, including the accessories, has
been made, the sale shall be deemed as complete, and cancellation or claim for any
refund amount will not be possible

6. Collection of Information -
We may require certain information and documents from You for processing Your
booking, complying with statutory requirements, and/or conducting a site inspection for
installation of the Vehicle charging station. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of
any information provided by You will be in accordance with Our Privacy Policy available
at https://www.Hondamotor.com/Privacy-Policy

7. Territory-
The Vehicle is available for booking or sale in such territories as may be designated by
Us. You may not place a Booking for delivery of the Vehicle outside these territories.

8. Purchase Terms
These Terms are applicable to the Booking of the Vehicle. You acknowledge that
purchase of Vehicle will be subject to such additional terms and conditions as may be
prescribed by Us including without limitation, the HONDA General Terms and
Conditions (collectively, the “Purchase Terms”).

9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or in connection with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer
The Vehicle will in all material aspects be similar to the Vehicle presented or advertised
in marketing or promotional campaigns.

 Safety Measures:
Fire Extinguisher

HONDA Motor Company is one of the leading automobile industries in India. It
competes against companies like Yamaha, Bajaj Auto, Honda, and Hero MotoCorp, etc.
Therefore, it must constantly innovate its products to stay ahead of the competition. Even
though HONDA’s revenue has increased in recent years, it still has a long way to go.
After Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, and Honda, it is just the fourth-largest Indian
motorcycle manufacturer.
