 AIM: Design traffic lights using D Flip Flop.

 Theory:

D flip flop or delay flip flop is used to delay the change of state of its output signal.
Output of D flip flop is same as the input D when clock is enabled. When clock signal is
low its output is same as the previous output i.e. it acts as a memory.
