The agribusiness sector has been gaining significance with the increasing diversification of agriculture and growing
exports of value added agricultural products. This trend in the sector calls for specialized manpower to handle the
challenging tasks. Unfortunately, the awareness level among aspirants in this profession is less and the education
system to supply quality and talented professionals is not satisfactory.

Therefore, it is very much essential to create the awareness on the profession in agribusiness and encourage graduates
to opt for their career in this flourishing sector. The two day Management Fest aimed at the under graduate student of
Agriculture and allied sciences across the country to exhibit their talents and helps them to explore the career growth
possibilities in agribusiness profession. The fest also aims to bring experts, academicians, organizations from the
different agribusiness field.

 One participant per college (Individual Event)

 Instructions for each round will be given on spot
 One copy of Resume to be brought along with participant

So you think you’re the next Kiran Mazumdar Shaw? This is your chance to prove it!

 No. of Participants: Max 4 Students

 Time limit for presenting the business plan: 10 + 5 Minutes
 Ideas must be your original concept. Plan can be for a start-up or an expansion of an existing business.
 Team has to commercialize the product using marketing concept.
 Business plan must be divided in 15-20 slides of PPT
 A panel of judges will judge all eligible entries based on
--Clarity, completeness and persuasiveness of the plan.
--Flexibility of the model.
--Marketability of the proposed venture.
--Financials
--Effectiveness of analysis, accuracy and creativity.

Role Play
The event is to enactment where the participants will be given a situation to be enacted and to be concluded with
a solution. Based on the act the judges will select the winners.

 5 minutes will be given for preparation and 5 minutes for the performance.
 The performance must be decent with no vulgar act.
 Participants should bring their own requirements if needed for the act
 Judges decision is final
 Adzap
 A team must contain a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 members.
 Time frame will be maximum 5 minutes for every performance.
 Weightage will be given to humour, creativity and marketing skills.
 Props and Costumes are not allowed (Except Sign Boards and Chairs).
 Any Non-Parliamentary words or actions will make their team disqualified.

Poster Making
Pen down your thoughts, brush your imagination and give a theme to the white paper. Create your own design.

 It is an individual competition.
 Each participant will be provided with an A3 size sheet.
 Participants should have their own stationery. Theme will be given on the spot.
 Each participant will get 2 hours to complete their poster.
 Judgment criterion shall be on creativity, design, clarity, content and elements present. And Decision of
the judges will be final.

Notice:
 All the events will/ should be related to Agri and Allied Business concepts.
 One laptop to be carried by each college.
