Procedure for Approval of Membership

• The Membership form of the main applicant along with his/ her profile, passport copies of self, spouse
and children should be submitted with one passport size photograph of every family member to the Club
Management along with the necessary payment. The passport copies must contain valid residence visa,
address page along with other details. The passport copies of the family members should be duly verified
and stamped by the company. The Applicant should also submit a reference letter from a existing member
of India Club, who has been a member at the Club for a minimum of 5 years.

• An Email will sent to the applicant confirming the date and time of interview with The Executive
Committee.

• Dress code for the meeting is Formal/ Smart Casual.

• The new Member will have to attend the interview with the Executive Committee. (Primary member/
Spouse or both can attend the interview )

• The application will be scrutinized by the Executive Committee who shall have the discretion for
selection/ rejection of applicants to the Club's Membership.

• The membership is approved if it passed by all the members of the Executive Committee.

• The application once approved for membership is displayed along with the applicant's photograph on the
Club's notice board for a period of one week at the discretion of the Executive Committee. If during this
period, any existing member of the Club provides evidence to the effect that such applicant would be an
undesirable influence in the Club, the applicant may be refused admission to the Club’s membership by
the Executive Committee. This is solely the discretion of the Executive Committee.

• The deliberation of the Executive Committee concerning selection to membership shall be strictly
confidential.

• Once the Notice period of one week after interview is over the Member should collect the Membership
Kit from the Club reception to avail all the facilities of the club.

• If an applicant gives false or incorrect information about himself, his family or has made any
misrepresentation, either material or willful, and this if discovered subsequent to his having been granted
membership of the Club, his selection to Club's membership shall be considered void and any
subscription, entrance fee, etc. may be forfeited at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee.

• The Executive Committee has the right to reject applications for the Club membership.
