Further, to manage operations better, SBI has integrated its treasury operations and has a common technology platform across all its six subsidiary banks. The bank is in process of merging its associate banks with itself with two mergers consummated so far. The merger of all associate banks would help draw synergies in operations besides expanding the reach of the parent bank.
