1. As a student what do you expect from this course?

-I am expecting that this course will improve my learning, enhance my ability and develop my
skills in teaching.

2. Why is creativity necessary in art making?


- Creativity is essential because it helps us to express our feelings or emotions. It also
helps to create wonders through and is able to get the artists out of them.

3. When can you say that a person is creative?


- I can say that a person is creative if he/she has the ability to stretch his/her imagination into
something worthwhile and develop original ideas, especially in Art.

4. If you want to be an artist, what type/kind of art will you be? Why?

-If I will be artists, I want to be a painter, because in painting I can express my mood or
feelings, thoughts, and my emotions. Also, in painting, I can simply enhance my ability
in painting and use my imagination to create a wonderful scene in my painting.

In this lesson, I have learned that Art


appreciation is really essential because it can help
the person make sense of his world and can help
widen the persons imaginations and many more. I
have also learned about the art history and methods
used and also the two approaches in creating art such
as the Two-dimensional Picture Planes that are those Things I Have Learned
created on a flat plane and the Three-dimensional
Picture Planes that occupies space defined through (KNOWLEDGE)
the dimensions of heights, width and depth. In
addition, I also learned the purpose of Art History
that is to place art in a Social and Historical context
and so on.

I have realized in this lesson the importance and purpose of Art


History. I also realized that Art is everything and it is important for Things I have realized
those that cannot express and share their emotions verbally but they and appreciated
can express it through art. (ATTITUDES)

if an artist creates an art in realistic
manner rely on symbolism or striving
to capture nature’s essence then it is
called Abstract Art. And when artist
copy or imitate object or image found
in nature. It can also be called
Figurative Art which represents objects
or events in the real world, usually
looking easily recognizable.

- Art is universal because Art has been created by all people of the world at all times and it is present
and occurs everywhere and is available for anyone.

2. Why is art not a nature?

- Art is not a nature because it is man-mad e. Art is our interpretation of what we perceives as art.

3. Why does art demand involvement?

- Art demands involvement to be more valued and appreciated. It requires an interactive involvement
between an artist’s emotions and an observer’s appreciation.

4. How is art expressed?

- Art is expressed from the deepest emotion of the minds.

5. What does it mean when we say that “Art involves experience”?

- It implies that art is an avenue or expression of one’s feelings, emotions or ideas based on one’s
experiences. Art thus expresses an artist’s experiences. These experiences are unique to a person and
they push artists to create Art.
