Nature House Contraction Detail

II. Standard Rates and Payment Policies:

NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY

2. Regular tuition/fees will be charged for absences. This policy has been adopted because costs for staff and programs remain the

same when children are absent.

VACATION POLICY

3. The office appreciates notification in advance if at all possible to assist with billing, classroom and meal planning.

Online vacation form will be given to you by email.

ABSENCE POLICY

4. If your child will be absent, notify the Center by phone at 010-2697-1945 or message via Kakao. A note signed by the parent may

also be left in the mailbox by the school notifying us of an absence. It is the parent's responsibility to notify the office. Staff are not

expected to convey messages about absences to the office.


SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE POLICY
Schedules can be changed on a temporary basis with two weeks written notice, provided space is available. Permanent schedule changes should be
discussed with the director.
The Center is closed for the following holidays in 2022 starting from May: Children's Day, Memorial Day, Summer Break, Chuseok, Nat'l Foundation Day,
Winter break. An updated schedule will be given later for 2023.If the holiday falls on a Saturday the center will be closed on the Monday afterwards.
Parents will be informed when the Center is closed due to bad weather and snow days.

TERMINATION POLICY
Parents may terminate their child's enrollment at any time, provided they give two weeks written notice in advance of the termination day. Failure to give
proper notice will result in parents being responsible for the payment of those two-week fees. This will be enforced unless the reason for the termination is
beyond the control of the parents (e.g., lay off, birth of new baby, etc.).

If the parent/guardian drops off the child earlier or picks up later than the times specified above, the following overtime

rate will be charged: 1,000 per minute or portion thereof.
IV. Damages:

The policy on damage caused by the child(ren) while in the provider's care unless caused by the negligence of the provider is:

V. Termination procedure:

This contract begins on the following date______6/21/2022____________ and may be terminated by either parent/guardian or
provider by giving 2 week written notice. The provider may terminate the contract without notice if the parent/guardian is over
2 week(s) late with scheduled payments. Parent/guardian may terminate the contract without notice if the provider does not
comply with Korean government regulations/laws. Changes to the contract, desired by either provider or parent/guardian, must
be made in writing and acknowledged in writing by the other parties at least 1 month before the desired change takes effect. A
new contract may be signed at that time to reflect the changes.

VI. Signatures:

By signing this contract, all parties agree to all of the above terms and policies, including financial responsibility for child care
provided. The provider is responsible for providing all parties a copy of the signed contract.
