Registration Requirements for Local Vendors/Manufacturers:

o Commercial Registration (CR)

o Membership in Chamber of Commerce
o Zakat Certificate
o Social Insurance (GOSI) Certificate
o Saudization Letter from Ministry of Labor
o Industrial License (for manufacturer only)
o List of materials/products, suppliers can supply
o List of authorized persons with contacts details (phones,
mobile and e-mails) on company letterhead endorsed by
Chamber of Commerce.
o An Introduction letter from the bank with company IBAN
Number, stating the date of start the transactions.
o Latest audited financial statement by independent auditor
(Except new local manufacturers/vendors < 2 years)
o Previous purchase orders (POs) submitted by other
companies or agent / distributor letter (Except new local
manufacturers <2 years).
o Company location map and coordinates.
o VAT Certificate
o List of Owners with contacts details (phones, mobile and e-
mails) on company letterhead with endorsed by Chamber of
Commerce.
o Code of conduct form signed by owner or authorized person.
