Terms & Conditions:
1. Manufacturers and Vendors shall be
registered if CR contents are
manufacturing, trading, buying, selling,
delivering of goods, training , developing
any program application, other material &
services SEC want to purchase.
2. Each Manufacturers and Vendors shall
select materials class codes from the list
according to their activities in the
commercial registration (CR).
3. Incase Manufacturer & Vendors
submitted fake commercial, financial &
technical documents; SEC will block the
manufactures and vendor for 2 years in
the system.
4. SEC will inform manufacturers and
vendors about the registration and
qualification through the external website
without any commitment of the
purchasing
5. Manufacturers and Vendors shall update
commercial and financial documents
regularly at expiry; otherwise, SEC
system will automatically block the
registration.
6. Commitment by vendor, owning the
responsibilities for all actions and
documents submitted by the
manufacturer.
7. I agreed and authorized that to Saudi
Electricity Company for inquire and
update the data that I represent by
integration link with below authorities:
a. The Ministry of Commerce
b. Zakat, Tax and Custom Authority
c. The General Organization for Social
Insurance

‫ تطوير‬، ‫ التدريب‬، ‫ التوزيع‬، ‫ البيع‬، ‫الشراء‬
‫ المواد والخدمات] األخرى التي ترغب‬، ‫برامج‬

‫يجب على كل مصنع ومورد اختيار فئة المواد‬ -2
‫المراد اضافتها من القائمة وف ًقا لنشاطهم المذكور‬
.‫في السجل التجاري‬
،‫ مالية‬، ‫في حال تقديم مستندات مزورة تجارية‬ -3
‫او فنيه من قبل المصنع او المورد ؛ سيتم ايقاف‬
‫ المصنع لمدة سنتين في نظام الشركة‬/‫المورد‬

‫تقوم الشركة السعودية للكهرباء بإبالغ‬ -4
‫المصنعين والموردين فيما يخص التسجيل‬
‫والتأهيل من خالل الموقع اإللكتروني الخارجي‬
.‫دون أي التزام بالشراء‬
‫يجب على المصنعين والموردين تحديث‬ -5
‫المستندات التجارية والمالية بانتظام عند انتهاء‬
‫ سيقوم نظام الشركة‬،‫صالحيتها؛ خالف ذلك‬
.‫السعوديه للكهرباء تلقائيًا بأيقاف التسجيل‬
‫التزام المورد وتحمل المسؤوليه عن جميع‬ -6
.‫اإلجراءات والوثائق المقدمة من قبل المصنع‬
‫أوافق واقر للشركة السعودية للكهرباء االستعالم‬ -7
‫وتحديث بيانات المنشاة التي أمثلها من خالل‬
:‫الربط الجهات التالية‬
‫وزارة التجارة‬ .a
‫هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك‬ .b
‫المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات االجتماعية‬ .c
