1. That after reading this reflection paper, the reader has broader and clearer understanding
of Educational Planning and Management.
2. To be able to distinguish good management and its consequences to the students within a
certain educational institution.
3. To promote good Educational Planning and Management through conducting assessment
and activities within the school campus.
The fate of millions of students or learners depends upon a well organized and
established educational system. Such good educational system may be achieved through deep
knowledge of Educational Planning and Management. As stated in the video, when an
educational system is carefully planned, the fate or future of millions of children is protected.
IV. CONCLUSION
After watching the video being presented, I am convinced to conclude that
Educational Planning and Management is necessary in order to shape the lives of the learners.
We can build the future of millions of learners by implementing a good educational system in
our country. Good planning and management is the key to protect the future of our children
and to enhance their skills.
Regardless of the different definitions of educational planning and management as
presented by different authors, the ultimate goal of the topic is to understand what is
educational planning and management and how we can do it in order to help our children to
shape their future.

The author of this reflection paper strongly recommends to the readers that having
deep knowledge of educational planning and management leads one to become a good
teacher, leader or educator. One must pursue independent research on how to implement a
well-planned educational system. Through individual research, one may have clearer view of
what is a good educational planning and management and how one can do it.
