A.13.1. SUBJECT
This section contains additional requirements for leasing aircraft for commercial air transport.
Operating conditions in the case of rental, Charter of fleet must comply with the criteria defined in this
procedure.

A.13.2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This procedure applies to any natural or legal person holding or applying for a AOC for commercial air
transport flights in Gabon.

N.B. : In the case of sub-chartering, the type of lease will be determined by reference to the aircraft ac -

A.13.3.2. Selection of partners

When NRT leases an aircraft to a partner company (NRT being the lessee), the following selection terms
