let's face it. we allow it to happen to receive bad service.

if you don't like t he service, do you only tell it in front? do you ever think it goes way back? my tip is this, you already wasted time to wait & go to stores you want to go, whe n you get home. write about it immediately. & write to the owners immediately. i f they have enough number of complaints, then they will change their system. ang pc market satin kasi more of a palengke style, so palengke treatment talaga mak ukuha natin. although we pay big bucks for items, so equally we & they have the right to receive give feedback. ako kasi, ganun, kahit maliit na item nabinibili ko sa pc express, pc corner, at yung mga small pc stores sa mga malls, kung pangit o maganda service nila, i al wys email the company office with a scanned receipt of my purchased item. a good thing happened to me before from pc corner, i bought an ide cable for 50 pesos for my neighbor's pc problem, the lady was accomodating, she was kwela, i liked the experienced, i emailed the company office the next day just to say thank you , after a few days, they replied to thank me on the feedback & gave me a 100 pes os discount on my next purchase in 3 months time. i just need to print the email & show it to the store manager. 100 pesos is small, but hey, it's a 100 pesos another story is in our office, we needed a hdmi cable for our large LCD screen on our wall, i asked our runner to buy one from cdr-king, he came back hours aft er, he told me horrific stories on what happened there, rude ladies, long lines, long wait, bigotry to my runner porket may ilonggo accent etc. i got mad, inste ad of storming to cdr-king just a few steps from my office to defend my poor run ner, i emailed the corp office of a 3 page MS word letter of the incident & gave them the scanned receipt as a proof. after a few days, the management replied t o me making an appointment to the said store at a date agreed. so i went, it was one of the partners of cd-r king, chinese/taiwanese obviously, so he apologized , & made the lady apologize to me, & he gave me a package of verbatim blank DVD+ Rs the 100 pcs which is worth i guess more than 1k. sabi ko, "...pwede bang -R n a lang? hindi compatible ito sa office namin" hehehehe point is, dont just type your experiences here, you already made the trouble of typing it here, extend that typing time & skills to give feedback to their corp offices. they wont change if they dont get enough feedback. very pinoy kasi tayo . parang reklamo tayo ng reklamo sa gobyerno pero ano ginagawa natin sa ikakabut i nito?
