1. What are your impression on the systems related documents (OBTR, PPIS,
or ROSTER /NAS Data)?

Systems-related documents are all over the place and are utilized to upgrade
our everyday life. Using enhance information technology system tools makes
many of today's administrations feasible because of information bases.

This tool is an internet-based data set based on social information, which

gives the user of any expertise level the capacity to make customs data storage,
ease in processing, and show different analyses utilizing the gathered information
and status of a social data set.

The presented tools help the user store data of the clients, which will be used
for thematic analysis to determine the whereabouts of a single client or more. For
example, a social worker needs to encode the social information of one thousand
(1,000) clients and report their whereabouts in the form of a summary or a brief
presentation. The systems-related documents will perform a powerful tool to
show reports automatically or what status the presenter wants to show or
categorically summarize the result of gathered data.

Shown below is the example of data collected from clusters of Camarines Sur
1 and 2. The data gathered shows the basic information of the clients using
paperless data storage. This will give the user of ease of access in organizing
the clients categorically and categorically present it.

This systems-related document tells us that the coverage of Cam Sur 1 is two
(2) municipalities and fifty-four (54) barangays. Furthermore, the coverage for
Cam Sur 2 is for (4) municipalities and one hundred fourteen (114) barangays.
Shown below is the status of every client as to their status of Not Attending
School, Compliant or Non-Compliant in Health and record of their compliant or
non-compliant during FDS.

In conclusion, the said tools enable the user to store thousands of data,
monitor and evaluate the clients' status and whereabouts, and analyze the data
gathered quickly.

2. What are your recommendations relative to your observations?

Most of the system-related documents were created by IT experts and cannot
be understood by a not tech-savvy user. This will be a hindrance or a difficult
challenge to the user if they are not well oriented to the system and data
processing using enhance information technology tools.
However, we can apprehend this situation by adding the primary data
processing and analysis to the course syllabus using MS Excel (e.g., pivot table,
conditional formatting, etc.) and proper presentation packaging. This will allow the
user of the data to comprehend the result of the data gathered quickly, present it
categorically, avoiding manual counting, effortless presentation, arresting the
gaps, and shorten the time consumed in analyzing the next steps in reaching the
program's goal and abruptly give interventions as to the lackings, concerns, and
issues between the program and the clients.
