Preparation for “The Big One” – Phase III Contract Package 4

This refers to your letter dated April 6, 2020, requesting for 11 replacement school buildings
to be included in your 49 school buildings which you have identified “good for assessment”
to complete the total 60 school building specified in contract relative to the above subject
project.

In this regard, we are forwarding herewith 20 new list of school buildings instead of 11 to
ensure that you have ready reference for replacement buildings on the chance that there
are buildings will be tag “not good for assessment/for demolition” upon your inspection.

Further, you are instructed to provide certification of the said building for our reference.

For your appropriate action.
