going through. Stress is the body's reaction to an
external stimulus, such as discomfort. Stress
manifests itself in a variety of ways, including
emotional, mental, and bodily manifestations.
Emotional Nervousness, irritability, moodiness, an
overpowering and sometimes unmanageable
experience in calming the mind, poor self-
esteem, loneliness, and a sense of worthlessness
are all symptoms of low self-esteem.

and infections, headaches, upset stomach
